I don't know what the craze is about with the chicken rolls, it's good but I've had better. Overall good service, good food.

They changed their recipe so it isn't as good as before. If you good pizza go to the pizza place at the little neck plaza.

Pizza slices are big not a great selection but tasty. Ordered salads which were on the small size after counter person said it would feed 2-3 people barely fed one. Did not order entree. Would go back for pizza which is why I graded four stars.

Awesome service, went to the bathroom wash my hands came back food was on the table. Also they do a lot of sponsorship with kids teams. I had their Sicilian which was good it was an original authentic nyc Sicilian. I also had their espresso which was alright, but hey why sell good espresso if it's not a necessity in that community, i bet you if a lot of people would have ordered it then most likely they would have the best of the best espresso. Other than that, overall. It was officially good.

The girl that works there always seems like she has an attitude but the pizza is super delicious which is why I always go back!

A friend that lives nearby introduced me to this place when I was visiting him, and I'm a fan. I like the pizza here - it's fairly priced, always fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. I've had plain and mushroom slices here (mushrooms piled high like they are going out of style), and I've seen friends get buffalo slices as well. One time, my buddy wanted a buffalo roll and they didn't have any, so they offered to make one fresh on the spot, and it still came out quickly! Definitely come get a slice after working out at the Bally's or if you're in the area.

I've lived in the area for over 25 years and this used to be Joes Pizza Too! Now they changed their name and ownership...and their recipe. Pizza is not as authentic a regular slice should be, more doughy and sauce is not good! When the owner said they can make Zeppoles, I received square pieces of dough. No sprinkled sugar..just soggy dough! Will never order again....noodle house just next door, new go to place. Also little dumpling just a few blocks down on northern blvd.

Unfortunately for Joe's... there are at the very least, 3 other pizza spots that make pizza that trumps the "bleh" pizza Joe's serves. Quite honestly if you're in the area and want pizza done right, I would hit up... 1) Il Sapore in Douglaston 2) Bonconcini's in Little Neck 3) Centre Pizza in Little Neck I know Joe's ownership has changed, the interior has changed countless times... but unfortunately the nostalgia Joe's holds for me isn't enough to keep me coming back. Hitting up Joe's after Elementary school and Middle school with friends, is a memory I am fond of, however people grow up and move onto better pizza.

Good pizza and fast service. Wish they have more visual menu (like a screen or two). Parking in front is kind and limited but you can find plenty next to the chase bank.

I came to Joe's straight after work with the idea that I was going to get a regular slice, pasta fagiole, and a Caesar salad. When I got to the counter though, I saw an array of such delicious pizzas that I couldn't make up my mind. I ended up getting the buffalo slice and the chicken and tomato. The buffalo chicken was tender, sauce tangy, and dough perfectly chewy. The chicken tomato had chicken cutlet (needed a touch of salt) and sweet roasted grape tomatoes, with the right amount of cheese on the crust. Besides the great flavors, the owners are so authentic, friendly, and entertaining. This is definitely a great find and will be my go to place in little neck!

Joe's Place Too is my go-to spot for pizza because it's in my neighborhood. I'm a huge fan of their chicken rolls, garlic knots, and their Margherita slices. Unfortunately, they tend to burn the bottom of my chicken roll about 25% of the time, but they're nice about it and always offer a free replacement. The plain slice is good as well, but it's a tad on the oily side (like most plain slices). They were closed down for a few months but they recently reopened... Yay! I personally haven't had a problem with their customer service, but I did see a "Now Hiring" sign so hopefully the new staff fixes that issue.

Visited this neighborhood pizza place recently on a visit to see friends in Great Neck... Fantastic slices. It is my opinion that a pizza place should be judged first and foremost on the quality of their regular slice and Margarita slice. Both were perfect. The regular had great texture, crispy and tasty crust, thin but not too thin to fall apart. Sauce was delicious and a good amount of cheese. Perfection. The Margarita slice was equally enjoyable. Next visit to that area, I will certainly be back. This is what I miss about NY... The great NY pizza place.

Just tried a slice at Joe's place too. Not so good. The grade pending in the window doesn't help either.

Their cheese pie used to be a lot bigger and tastier! What happened Joe's? I was really disappointed with my last two orders - the pizza pies were dry, barely lukewarm and almost the size of commercial pizza chains (Dominos, etc). I get the sense they are trying to increase their profit margin by decreasing the cheese and dough. They have an unprofessional looking menu with limited choices (literally a one sided printout on a white piece of office paper created with a word processor). There's a lot of pizza competition in the area lately, so it's odd to me how complacent they've become with their business. To be fair, there are some PROS about Joe's: Everything else BESIDES the pizza tastes pretty good but the take out / delivery portions are small. The girls working there are also easy on the eyes (albeit rude and always chatting with each other, they will give you the staredown if you don't put money in their cute little tip jar). IMHO, if you want a big, greasy hot lip burning satisfying slice of pizza, this place is not it.

Their chicken rolls are the best! Service is ok. Could be better. Pizza is good too.

Pizza is not that great, neither is any of the other food. The staff is ok, no one too friendly. Much rather go to center's.

Joe's was once a neighborhood staple; Arguably, the most popular after-school hangout on Marathon (lines stretched out the door once school let out and didn't subside until around 6 or 7pm). The slices were smaller than nearby Centre Pizza, but having crispier crust being served piping hot and fresh in front of you everytime at a cheaper price was a fair trade-off. Sadly, things have definitely declined in recent years. See, around the mid 00s, a BEAUTIFUL, sweet Asian girl named Lauren (whom I'm personally acquainted with) started working there. Lauren proved quite popular with the adult male clientele. So much so that after Lauren left, the owner decided to hire exclusively young, curvaceous girls whose attire, incidentally, leaves little to the imagination. This would be an ingenious endeavor if it wasn't for the fact that the surrounding neighborhood is mostly home to soccer moms and retirees. It also doesn't help that most of the eye candy behind the register look barely out of highschool, if even that. To little surprise, ever since Joe's decided to serve all their pizza with a free side of boner, the quality of the food has diminished. Brace yourself for cold, moist garlic knots if you decide to order them. The quality of the pizza has also gone down, and the rest of the menu hasn't been updated in years. I suppose that old saying warrants repeating: Looks aren't everything.

Joe's Place Too used to have, in my opinion, the best slice of pizza you could find in the Little Neck/Douglaston Area. I ate it around a year ago and the place has gone straight to hell. The pizza was mediocre at best. The cheese slid right off the slice and the dough was chewy. I figured, hey, maybe they were having an off day, I'll give it another shot, after all Joe's is my favorite pizzeria. It seems management's changed in the past few years. Their pizza is barely what it used to be. On their best day, the pizza can be described as ok, but not good, as it's constantly not cooked enough, too chewy, or slightly burnt (they just overheated an already made pie and served it to us). Also the garlic knots are about half the size they used to be. What happened to Joe's?

Great pizza, the blonde chick is ridiculous worst customer service ever! i wanna throw a slice at her every time i see her. That is why i order delivery so i don't have to see that face!

This place just opened back up so I thought I would give it another try. I am not sure what they did in there over the past few months, I thought they were renovating, but the inside is exactly the same as it was before. The pizza has not improved either. When I ordered the pizza they gave me a price that was a bit lower than what other pizza places in the area are charging, so initially I was pleased, but when I picked up the pizza, it was pretty small. As far as taste goes, it is similar to the cheap $1 slices that you can buy in a lot of places in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The crust was like cardboard, so I think that it may be pre-made crust. Plus, there was barely any sauce or seasonings on the pie. Overall, I am disappointed. Since they were closed up for a while I though they may revamp the place. There are better pizza places just a few blocks away, so I will go there in the future.

The wait is never too long, and they have a really awesome chicken & broccoli slice. Only problem is the parking lot is full of customers at the next door asian supermarket, so parking becomes complicated. Never had a problem with them, if you're in the area and looking for a quick slice, Joes is always good.

Never going back, the pizza is great but the girls are so mean. I went a couple of times excusing them but they always talk about every customer that walks in, even a 5 year old girl. They made fun of her hair. the blonde is the most bitchest she rolls her eyes when people are deciding on an order. i just dont go there because of the girls

Decent neighborhood pizza place....Nothing extraordinary but good pizza. Owner likes to hire pretty young girls to work the cashier....Extra 1/2 star for that! LOL.

A good slice for an area of Queens with horrendous pizza. Heros aren't bad either. Good place for quick fix.

Hands down the best pizza in the area. Its great brick oven style pizza. Their dough is nice and fluffy with crispiness on the edges. Go for the plain pie.

Finally had a veal parm hero. It was a nice size hero with a decent amount of meat. If I find myself in the mood for a veal parm hero and I happen to be closer to Joe's than the other pizza joints in my hood, I will order from them.

Love Joe's pizza. I live two towns over in Manhasset with four pizza restaurants near me. But I go the xtra two miles for great pizza.

It's unfortunate because most people who want to get real NY pizza will probably get it in Manhattan. Some might even end up at Sbarro or a semi-good chain like Famiglia. But the best pizza, like the best bagels, are actually located out in Queens. At Joe's you could a dozen of the biggest and best garlic knots you'll ever have for only $2.95, and the sicilian slices are top notch too. Go for a chicken, broccoli and garlic slice if you want to know what's really up. If you're a big roller, get a pasta dish and enjoy the quality, rich sauces. Manhattan's got nothing on this place!!
